Jozen and Nathan, two curious little boys, looked forward to their adventures with Mr. Deshabwe, their favorite cab driver. With his engaging storytelling and friendly banter, Mr. Deshabwe transformed ordinary journeys into exciting experiences.

At the fuel station, Mr. Deshabwe would explain, 'We're refueling so the car can keep going! Just like how you need food to give you energy, cars need fuel to move.'

At traffic stops, he'd say, 'Look, red light! That means we stop. When it turns green, we'll go again.'

For Jozen and Nathan, every ride with Mr. Deshabwe was an adventure. One day, their father called Mr. Deshabwe to take them to the supermarket for some grocery shopping.

"I'm so sorry, sir," Mr. Deshabwe said. "I'm currently on another trip outside the city and won't be available today."

Disappointed, the father booked another cab driver for the evening trip to the supermarket. As the new car arrived, Jozen and Nathan exchanged a glance, noticing the unfamiliar horn sound. And sure enough, when the car pulled up, it wasn't Mr. Deshabwe behind the wheel.

“Daddy, where is Mr. Deshabwe?” Jozen asked, his face full of disappointment.

“Well, he wasn’t available today,” his father responded. “This is why we have got someone else to take us to the supermarket.”

Until this moment, the father had never realized how much his little boys appreciated the service of Mr. Deshabwe. Nathan, the younger of the two brothers, immediately started crying. “I really wanted to go with Mr. Deshabwe,” he said, his small voice shaking.

The father couldn't help but notice the depth of his sons' attachment to Mr. Deshabwe. As they all got into the new cab, he asked the driver, "How long have you been driving a cab?"

The driver replied, "About five years, sir."

The father then asked, "Do you enjoy talking with your passengers, especially children?"

The driver responded with a shrug, "I just drive them from point A to point B. I don’t know how to talk to children!"

The rest of the trip was quiet and uneventful. The boys clearly missed Mr. Deshabwe's usual warmth and conversation, and didn't enjoy the ride.

As they finished their shopping and headed back home, the father realized that Mr. Deshabwe's good service wasn't just about driving; it was about building relationships, creating memories, and making journeys enjoyable. He decided to share this experience with Mr. Deshabwe when he was available again.

On their next trip with Mr. Deshabwe, the father expressed his gratitude. "Mr. Deshabwe, I want to thank you for the joy you bring to my sons' lives as you drive us. Your dedication to good service and making their journeys memorable doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you very much!"

Mr. Deshabwe smiled humbly, "It's my pleasure, sir. I love seeing smiles on children's faces."

After that day, the father often shared Mr. Deshabwe's story, highlighting how exceptional service can create lasting memories. The experience also deepened his appreciation for Mr. Deshabwe's dedication and kindness.

Isn't it amazing how one person's dedication to their work can touch hearts and create lifelong memories?
